Global Business Continuity Lead - HSE

Overview

JOB DESCRIPTION Weatherford is seeking a dedicated and experienced Business Continuity Professional to join our Global Health, Safety, Security, and Environment (HSSE) function. This role plays a vital part in strengthening organizational resilience by developing, implementing, and managing comprehensive business continuity strategies that ensure operations continue effectively during disruptions or crisis. Reporting directly into the Head of Global Security and Resilience as part of the Global Health, Safety, Security and Environment (HSSE) Team , this position contributes to Weatherford’s overall Resilience Program and works cross-functionally to embed best practices across all business areas.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

Business Continuity Program Development & Management

• Develop, implement, and maintain Weatherford’s global business continuity program in line with international standards and good practice guidelines.
• Conduct Business Impact Analyses (BIA) and risk assessments to identify critical business functions and define recovery priorities.
• Design and maintain comprehensive continuity plans for critical operations, functions, and facilities.
• Lead the review, validation, and testing of contingency plans through scenario-based and tabletop exercises.
• Create templates, guidance materials, and documentation tools for business continuity planning.
• Regularly update continuity plans to reflect evolving risks, threats, and organizational changes.
