Location : Based in Klang Valley (frequent travel required)

As we expand our Halal-certified retail network, we are seeking an experienced and proactive Area Manager to lead and support a cluster of outlets, ensuring operational excellence and compliance with Halal standards.

Your Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage daily operations across multiple Halal retail outlets
• Ensure strict compliance with Halal, food safety, and company SOPs
• Drive sales performance, customer satisfaction , and overall outlet efficiency
• Coach and lead a team of supervisors and retail staff to meet and service standards
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor outlet conditions, inventory, and staff performance
• Identify training needs and implement development plans for team members
• Handle manpower planning, scheduling, and recruitment support
• Review sales reports, operational feedback, and provide improvement strategies
• Serve as a key liaison between outlets, Head Office, and regulatory bodies
• Support new store openings and operational rollouts as needed
