About The Morning Owl (TMO)

The Morning Owl (TMO) is a marketing and growth consultancy that helps brands across Malaysia and Southeast Asia grow smarter.

We work with hospitality, F&B, digital products, and lifestyle brands, helping them design strategies that drive awareness, optimize revenue, and create sustainable growth. From brand positioning and performance campaigns to creative experimentation, TMO operates full funnel. Our approach is grounded in strategy, powered by data, and driven by curiosity.

What You’ll Do

Identify and pursue new business opportunities across target industries.
Leverage your existing network within marketing, advertising, or brand circles to build connections and leads.
Craft outreach strategies from LinkedIn prospecting to on-ground relationship building.
Collaborate with the strategy and creative teams to prepare proposals and pitch decks.
Track performance, forecast revenue, and share insights on what’s driving results.
Represent TMO at industry events, coffee chats, and marketing meetups.

Who You Are

3–4 years of experience in sales or business development, ideally in a marketing, media, or advertising agency.

Have an active network of brand, marketing, or business decision-makers across industries.

Comfortable with consultative selling and understand marketing, not just sales.

Confident communicator with strong presentation and relationship-building skills.

Self-driven, curious, and results-oriented with a knack for turning conversations into contracts.

Salary : RM 3500 - RM 4000 + Commissions

Seniority level : Mid‑Senior level

Employment type : Full‑time
