Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management
Manage a defined portfolio of strategic business customers and prospects within a specific sector. Act as the primary point of contact and coordinate internally to ensure seamless service delivery and account performance.
Strategic Sales Planning
Develop and execute a personal sales plan that targets both new and existing customers, aligned with product and sector priorities, to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
Business Development
Identify and secure new business opportunities — including outside core product offerings — with a strong focus on expanding our footprint in emerging Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) markets.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with regional and global teams to ensure alignment with sector strategies. Collaborate with product managers, trade lane teams, and implementation teams to deliver tailored solutions.
Customer Engagement & Growth
Represent the company in client meetings and business reviews. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by proactively addressing challenges and maintaining consistent communication.
Sales Pipeline & Reporting
Maintain an active, well‑qualified pipeline and regularly report on sales activity. Ensure accurate records, performance tracking, and insights for continuous improvement.
Customer Onboarding & Implementation
Coordinate customer implementation processes by gathering relevant documentation (RFI / RFP / RFQ) and ensuring a smooth operational handover in line with service level agreements (SLAs).
Customer Retention & Experience
Foster strong, long‑term relationships with clients by understanding their needs, monitoring satisfaction levels, and proactively identifying solutions to maintain loyalty and prevent service issues.
Internal Coordination
Liaise with internal departments including Finance, Product, and Legal to ensure account performance, support receivables, and meet compliance requirements.
Sustainability & Compliance
Support environmental initiatives and ensure operations are aligned with environmental legal standards and company‑wide sustainability goals.
What We’re Looking For
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in the logistics industry.
A Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Strong customer‑centric mindset , with excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
Resilient, proactive, and adaptable in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment.
Confidence in engaging with clients and internal stakeholders at all levels.
