Frazer Jones is delighted to partner with a fast‑growth technology business seeking a dynamic, strategic Regional HR Business Partner. This high‑impact role supports the Technology business – the organisation’s most critical population – ensuring that people strategy aligns with global objectives and drives business success across multiple locations.

Responsibilities

• Operate with a highly strategic HR mindset, advising and overseeing a diverse client group across Malaysia, Singapore and India.
• Drive key HR initiatives including organisation development, transformation, employee engagement and retention strategies.
• Build relationships and influence geographically dispersed stakeholders, collaborating with global team members to translate business strategy into effective people solutions.
• Provide guidance on Organisation Design, Organisation Development or Workforce Capability and deliver commercial‑focused people solutions.
