About the role
As a Quantity Surveyor at REMO CONCEPT SDN. BHD.', you will play a crucial role in the construction industry, managing the financial and contractual aspects of projects. This full-time position is based in Puchong, Selangor, and offers an exciting opportunity to apply your expertise in a dynamic, growing company.
What you'll be doing
- Preparing detailed cost estimates and budgets for construction projects
- Analyzing and interpreting drawings, specifications, and other contract documents
- Negotiating and managing contracts with subcontractors and suppliers
- Monitoring and controlling project costs throughout the construction process
- Preparing progress reports and financial statements for clients and management
- Providing technical advice and support to the project team
- Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards
