  • Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and feasibility studies for construction projects.
  • Analyze and evaluate contractor quotations and pricing.
  • Prepare tender documents, contracts, and bills of quantities (BQ).
  • Evaluate and negotiate tenders and contract agreements with suppliers and subcontractors.
  • Monitor project costs, variations, and progress claims.
  • Conduct cost analysis and provide financial updates on projects.
  • Measure and take off quantities from drawings.
  • Liaise with suppliers, subcontractors, and consultants for material pricing and project requirements.
  • Source and negotiate with vendors for cost-effective materials and services.
  • Handle contractual claims, disputes, and variations.
  • Maintain proper records of contracts, cost reports, and project progress.

    • Job Type : Full-time

    Pay : RM2, RM3,000.00 per month
