Role Overview

The Strategy & Investment Analyst will be responsible for analysing our business performance, sharpening our financial models, and supporting leadership with insights that drive growth and profitability. You will play a central role in preparing for funding rounds, communicating our economic story clearly to investors, and ensuring that our unit economics and long‑term business strategy are well understood.

This is not a traditional accounting role. It’s a hands‑on, high‑impact position at the heart of a scaling startup, perfect for someone who wants to move beyond pure finance into the world of venture‑backed growth.

Key Responsibilities

Financial & Strategic Analysis

• Build and refine financial models for the company and business units (EBITDA, margins, breakeven, unit economics).
• Analyze farm‑level and company‑wide profitability, identifying drivers of performance.
• Support leadership in scenario planning, forecasting, and strategic decision‑making.
• Prepare financial materials, reports, and decks for investors.
• Work with leadership to ensure clear communication of our economic story to current and prospective investors.
