IT Executive

We are currently seeking a qualified, knowledgeable IT Professional to help our company develop, use, and integrate IT systems. He / She will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving technical problems and expertise in deploy solutions of various technologies. An ideal candidate would be both highly knowledgeable and customer-oriented. Communication skills must be exceptional to succeed in this role, including the ability to develop and deliver clear and highly useful presentations. Superior technical expertise in all relevant areas is a must, as is an aptitude for problem-solving.

Job Descriptions :

• Manage IT infrastructure including hardware, software, server and network.
• Provide technical support to end users, on-site and / or via remote access and troubleshoot any issues.
• Ensure security and privacy of all computers and network.
• Record and maintain IT asset inventory, software and software licenses.
• Ensure the smooth running of IT systems and infrastructure, troubleshooting any issues that arise.
• Evaluating business processes and identify area of improvement.
• Any ad-hoc duties assigned from time to time.
