QA EXECUTIVE

Join the dynamic team at EKO Metal Industries Sdn Bhd as a QA Executive based in Sungai Petani, Kedah. In this full-time position, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and compliance of our manufacturing processes and products, contributing to the company's commitment to excellence.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement and monitor quality control systems and procedures to meet industry standards and customer requirements.
• Manage supplier quality and handle customer complaints.
• Perform internal audits and inspections.
• Conduct regular inspections, testing and analysis of raw materials, work-in-progress and finished products to identify and resolve quality issues.
• Support production & NPI team for inspection.
• Support internal audits and external audits.
• Liaise with production & NPI teams to provide guidance and support on quality assurance best practices.
• Manage RMA parts and participate in non-conformance handling.
• Oversee IQC, IPQC, OQC processes.
• Supervise daily inspection and quality checks.
• Document and maintain detailed records of quality control activities, findings and corrective actions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to continuously improve quality processes and identify opportunities for enhancement.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, industry standards and the company's quality management system.
• Provide training and mentorship to junior quality assurance personnel.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by superior / HOD.
