What is the role? You will consult and support Product Managers in the Business Units and global market organizations along the Product data processes to bring high quality product information to customers. You will learn about Hilti’s business, the process from need for new sales items up to the items being displayed on the Digital Platform and purchasable by Hilti customers. You will be part of a dynamic global team by promoting quality practices and improving business processes.

Responsibilities (core areas) :

• Consult, train and support the Global Marketing community with the right setup for their product data and information in preparation for product launches.
• Drive and support the continuous improvement of systems based on feedback from daily user interactions, working closely with teammates and the IT department.
• Drive and support projects to further improve and enhance the system landscape and processes.
