Enhance team productivity by identifying and removing obstacles, providing necessary tools, and ensuring proper documentation is maintained. Recent graduate or final-year student in design, multimedia, project management, or related fields. Basic knowledge of design tools (Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch) is a plus but not mandatory. Strong organizational and communication skills. Eager to learn, take initiative, and work collaboratively.
Job Description :
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Protege Trainee to join our Digital Banking team for a 12-month program. This role offers hands-on experience in both interface design execution and project coordination, providing a comprehensive foundation for a career in design and project management.
Key Responsibilities :
- Interface Design Support :
- Assist in transforming design concepts into prototypes and final hand-offs.
- Collaborate with the design and development teams to understand project requirements.
- Learn to prepare and organize design assets for smooth transition to developers.
- Project Coordination Support :
- Help manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables under guidance.
- Support communication and coordination between team members and stakeholders.
- Track progress and assist in prioritizing tasks to meet project goals.
