Responsibilities :

  • To assist in developing e-commerce sales strategies to meet revenue, growth and profitability targets.
  • To conceptualize digital marketing initiatives on own online platform / social media / blogs / other digital channels and execute it to promote company's brand with the aim to increase sales revenue on online platforms (own and third-party).
  • To build a trust and foster a relationship with third-party online platform (Lazada, Shoppe, TikTok, etc) to be recognized as a premium ecommerce supplier.
  • To track sales collection for each e-commerce platform before delivery.
  • To plan and monitor performance marketing campaigns such as FB, Google Adwords, EDM, Virtual Exhibiton, etc.
  • To explore partnership with brand owners to leverage all marketing opportunities on company's products.
  • To assist in creating innovative online sales bundles for special events / campaigns / festive seasons.
  • To create a database of online customers and profile them according to specific segmentation for targeted online campaigns.
  • To liaise with Marketing team to create and manage product descriptions for online marketplace platforms.
  • To assist in all other duties assigned by superior.

Knowledge and Skill Requirements :

  • Candidates must possess at least a Degree or higher in E-commerce / Marketing / Sales or equivalent qualifications.
  • Highly analytical, able to draw actionable insights through data
  • Experience in online analytics software, such as Google Analytics
  • At least 2-3 years working experience in similar roles and industry.
  • Experience in supporting online marketing campaigns.
  • Experience in managing e-commerce webstores
