What You Will Do :

  • Responsible for the execution and implementation of e-commerce activities across online marketplaces, including product listing, promotions, price changes, campaign banner management, etc.
  • Work with Product and Digital Marketing teams to ideate and execute campaigns and promotions across all e-commerce sites.
  • Analyze and develop reports on sales performance, campaign results, and improvement actions.
  • Keep up with trends on e-commerce platforms, competitors activities, and industry best practices to recommend strategies and ideas.
  • Manage customer interactions and potential leads through effective and timely responses on the company's social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.
  • Work on ad-hoc e-commerce projects and assignments.

What We Look For :

  • Minimum 3 years in e-commerce or related field.
  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, E-Commerce, or related field.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask.
