The ideal candidate will lead a team of highly skilled engineers, collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, and ensure scalable, secure, and high-performance digital experiences. Position Responsibilities : Technical Leadership : Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of AEM-based solutions. + Provide guidance and mentorship to AEM developers, as well as front-end, back-end and other full stack engineers. + Define best practices and enforce coding standards. Project Delivery : Collaborate with product owners, UX / UI designers, and business analysts to translate requirements into technical solutions. + Oversee development sprints, code reviews, and deployment processes. + Ensure timely delivery of high-quality features and enhancements. Platform Expertise : Customize and extend AEM components, templates, workflows, and integrations. + Optimize AEM performance, scalability, and security. + Preferably experience with AEM cloud environment, Cloud manager and other Adobe MarTech solutions. Stakeholder Collaboration : Communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. + Work closely with DevOps, QA, and infrastructure teams to support CI / CD pipelines and automated testing. Required Qualifications : Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. 8+ years of experience in web development, with 3+ years in AEM. Strong proficiency in Java, JCR, Sling, OSGi, and Apache Felix. Experience with front-end technologies : HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, React / Angular (preferred). Familiarity with RESTful APIs, microservices, and cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP). Hands-on experience with AEM 6.x, including Sites, Assets, and Forms. Knowledge of CI / CD tools (Jenkins, Git, Maven) and agile methodologies. Preferred Qualifications : Adobe Certified Expert (ACE) in AEM. Experience with Adobe Marketing Cloud and Adobe Analytics.
