Associate Team Lead, HR Shared Services (Regional Payroll)

Ensure timely, accurate delivery of HR Payroll services that meet SLAs, comply with relevant country-specific (global) employment laws, and adhere to internal policies.

Running of payroll via SAP system.

Reconciliation work from PDA, Time & Attendance, Compensation & Benefits teams to ensure that all the payroll reports incorporate the changes for the right monthly salary and remuneration.

Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and deliver responsive, customer-focused HR solutions.

Lead / guide team members on related matters, fostering knowledge sharing and continuous learning.

Participate in process improvement and projects.

Requirements :

A diploma / degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration or in any relevant disciplines.

At least 4 - 6 year of working exposure or experience in payroll within SSC / BPO / MNC supporting multiple / different countries (preferred).

Experienced in leading / coaching a team

Candidate with experience in SAP / Workday would be an added advantage.

Willing to be based at Bangsar South, Kuala Lumpur (accessible by LRT)
