Senior KOL (Key Opinion Leader / Influencer) Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Senior KOL (Key Opinion Leader / Influencer) Specialist to manage end-to-end influencer (KOL) collaborations. This role is focused on identifying the right influencers, managing negotiations and contracts, ensuring smooth communication, and monitoring campaign execution to drive results within the beauty industry. You will also play a key role in mentoring junior team members while ensuring smooth execution of all influencer activities. Responsibilities

Identify and onboard influencers (KOLs) who align with the brand’s objectives. Negotiate rate cards and oversee contract agreements with influencers. Manage end-to-end communication with influencers, including outreach, seeding, negotiation, contracts, and follow-ups to ensure draft and final content are submitted and posted on time. Monitor influencer performance and ensure deliverables are met. Build and maintain strong working relationships with influencers. Provide guidance and support to junior KOL Specialists when required. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. 3–4 years of proven experience in influencer / KOL management. Strong negotiation, communication, and coordination skills with exceptional attention to detail. Ability to handle multiple influencer campaigns and deadlines effectively. Passion for beauty and a strong understanding of social media trends. Advantageous : Existing influencer / KOL database and / or prior experience in the beauty industry.
