Penerangan pekerjaanMinimum qualification : SPM (must be passed). Proficiency in Mandarin and English (spoken only). Passion for customer support with a proactive and problem-solving attitude. Willing to work on a rotational shift basis. Ability to multitask, learn quickly, and work well in a team.
This job involves assisting customers with technical issues through calls and emails. You might enjoy this role because you'll leverage your interpersonal skills to ease customer frustrations, solve problems, and ensure clear understanding of solutions.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to customers via telephone and email regarding product-related issues.
- Use strong communication skills to manage customer frustrations and resolve issues effectively.
- Assess the customer's technical knowledge and adapt communication to ensure understanding and resolution.
- Perform basic troubleshooting to determine appropriate next steps for software-related inquiries.
