Job Title : Domain Delivery Lead – Finance Division – WEIR GROUP Location – Malaysia / India / Indonesia Onsite

Role Description :

Domain Delivery Lead is responsible for overseeing the overall successful delivery of products within the Domain, coordinating across product teams, and ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines. Product delivery leads manage the resources and drive efficient execution to deliver high-quality products.

Domain Delivery Lead is accountable for coordinating cross‑functional teams, managing project timelines, and aligning with key business stakeholders to ensure that product requirements are met. They oversee resource allocation, including assigning tasks and responsibilities to team members, and monitor progress to ensure milestones are achieved. Additionally, they are responsible for mitigating risks, resolving issues, and maintaining overall quality and efficiency in product delivery processes. The Domain Delivery Lead plays a crucial role in driving successful outcomes and end‑user satisfaction through effective communication and collaboration.

Key Outputs / Deliverables

• Continuously evaluating and refining delivery processes, methodologies, and best practices to enhance efficiency and quality
• Ensuring that products are delivered within the agreed‑upon timelines, meeting end‑user expectations and business objectives
• Facilitating effective collaboration between different product teams, functions, and key stakeholders involved in the product delivery process
• Reviewing key artefacts to ensure that they are of sufficient quality and end‑to‑end solution is documented and maintained
• Identifying and managing potential risks that could impact product delivery, implementing mitigation strategies, and ensuring contingency plans are in place
• Efficiently allocating resources, budgets, and tools, to optimise productivity and ensure a successful delivery cycle
• Management of third parties / implementation partners, including contract / Statement of Work reviews
