Position : Manufacturing Engineer (Lens Attach and Metrology)

Who You Are

You are a motivated engineer with 1–3 years of experience in semiconductor backend or precision electronics manufacturing. You are keen to build your expertise in Lens Attach (Pick & Place) and Metrology, supporting both daily operations and new product introduction. You bring hands-on problem-solving skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to work with cross-functional teams to improve yield, quality, and efficiency. With strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn, you are ready to contribute and grow in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Position Summary

We are looking for a Manufacturing Engineer to support our Level 2 Module Lens Attach (Pick & Place) and Metrology processes. This role involves process development, sustaining activities, yield improvement, and support for new product introduction (NPI). The candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure stable production and continuous improvements.

What You Will Do

• Support daily engineering activities for Lens Attach and Metrology processes.
• Assist in NPI builds, process setup, validation, and ramp to production.
• Drive, monitor and sustain process performance (yield, quality, cycle time, cost).
• Create and optimize machine recipes for Lens Attach and Metrology.
• Conduct process characterization and SPC monitoring.
• Investigate process issues and assist in problem-solving (8D, root cause analysis).
• Maintain process documentation (WI, Control Plan, FMEA).
• Support equipment and material evaluation for scalability and robustness.
• Collaborate with Quality and Equipment Engineering for audits and continuous improvements.
