What You’ll Do

• Account Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, ensuring long-term strategic partnerships.
• Sales Growth : Lead and develop growth strategies for key accounts, identifying new revenue opportunities and increasing market share.
• Product Listing Optimization : Collaborate with marketing / trade marketing to optimize product visibility and presence at store level.
• Promotions & Campaigns : Lead development and execution of promotional campaigns, pricing strategies, and seasonal offers.
• Data Analysis & Reporting : Analyze data to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities. Provide performance reports and actionable insights.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with marketing, trade marketing, supply chain, and customer service to ensure seamless operations.
• Budget Management : Manage and optimize trade spend to ensure ROI for promotional plans and activities.
• Joint Business Planning : Lead annual planning and JBP preparation with retailers.
• Channel Execution : Ensure superior execution of initiatives across customers in line with company guidelines.
• Go-To-Market Reinvention : Lead ideation and execution of GTM strategies for your channel / customer portfolio.
• Distributor Engagement : Actively engage with distributors in West and East Malaysia to ensure inventory and service level requirements are met.
