Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and manage production schedules to meet quality, cost, and delivery targets.
  • Coordinate with Engineering, QA, and Supply Chain to resolve production bottlenecks.
  • Lead and mentor production teams, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.
  • Lead end-to-end production operations in a fast-paced PCB manufacturing plant.
  • Ensure compliance with ISO, EHS, and other industry regulations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Manufacturing, or a related field).
  • 10+ years of experience in PCB manufacturing, with at least 5 years in a leadership / managerial role
  • Comprehensive knowledge of the entire PCB manufacturing process.
  • Fluent in English (speaking, listening, and writing) for reporting and presentations, with Mandarin proficiency preferred to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
  • Hands-on leadership style with excellent people management skills.
