Accounts Executive

Job Responsibilities

Responsible to ensure full spectrum of accounting activities, including full set of accounting, reporting, reconciling entries to be up to date & transactions are properly recorded. Ensure cash book entries up to date day to day & accurate. To prepare and analyze financial closing reports (monthly & quarterly). To preparing forecast Sales reports and to monitor monthly Sales target. To monitor & control the related project budget provided. Preparing Consignment Sales financial reports by monthly basis. Preparing E-commerce financial related reports & commission by monthly basis. To perform any other ad-hoc assignments as and when required by superior. Job Requirements

Possess minimum Diploma in the related fields At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Can speak in English, B.Malaysia and Mandarin Candidate familiar in Autocount accounting software will be add advantage. Positive working attitude and strong sense of responsibility. Good personality and positive working attitudes, responsible, self-discipline and dedicate to work. Possess own transport. Location : Balakong Job Benefits
