We are a fast-growing bakery brand looking for a talented and driven Operation Manager to join our team and grow with us.

Position : Operation Manager

Job Type : Full-Time

Salary : RM5,000 – RM8,000++ per month

Location : Based at HQ with travel required across Love A Loaf branches

Job Purpose :

Ensure smooth store operations while driving sales growth and expanding business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities :

Operations :

• Ensure smooth day-to-day store operations and order coordination
• Conduct internal audits (cleanliness, display, product quality, staff performance)
• Monitor and analyze sales performance and operating costs
• Lead and evaluate store leaders and staff
• Provide staff training on SOPs, product knowledge, and customer service
• Handle major customer complaints and emergencies
• Improve store efficiency and implement marketing suggestions
