Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement CRM strategies using various tools (e.g., Fast Track, BI, AI) to meet stakeholder objectives.
- Monitor, review, and optimize CRM campaign performance.
- Analyze market trends, player behavior, and customer journeys to guide CRM strategy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to drive results.
- Lead and mentor the CRM team to ensure task effectiveness and alignment with business goals.
- Prepare performance reports measuring outcomes against business objectives.
- Promote knowledge-sharing through effective communication and documentation.
Qualifications
Must-Have :
Bachelor's Degree or above.Bilingual in English and Mandarin (spoken, written, and reading).Minimum 2 years' experience in a marketing manager role, with focus on CRM, Customer Experience, or Marketing Communications.Strong proficiency in CRM systems, customer journey planning, and maximizing CRM capabilities.Skilled in prioritization, optimization, and drawback planning.Strategic thinker with proven leadership in team development.Customer-centric, adaptable in problem-solving, and results-driven.Nice-to-Have :
Proficient in G Suite, Microsoft Office, and PowerPoint.
