To lead and drive the full spectrum of Recruitment, Talent Management, and Learning & Development strategies and initiatives across the employee life cycle. This role partners with business leaders to optimize workforce planning, enhance organizational effectiveness, and drive continuous improvement in HR practices while promoting a high-performance and engagement culture aligned with Airbus values.
Primary Responsibilities
- Drive workforce planning and advise leadership on organizational design and future workforce needs.
- Lead full-cycle recruitment, from sourcing strategies to selection and on boarding, ensuring talent quality and diversity.
- Manage and continuously improve employer branding and early talent programs (internship, apprenticeship, graduate hiring) including Talent Management using the 9 Grid Box method under Team Review.
- Plan and execute the annual Training Needs Analysis (TNA), develop training roadmaps aligned with business goals, and administer HRDC.
- Design and implement employee engagement strategies, conduct exit analysis, and drive retention initiatives.
- Lead or support organizational HR transformation projects including change management, communication, and risk assessment.
- Support HR audits, compliance initiatives, and HR process improvements.
- Other duties reasonably determined from time to time by the Company.
Secondary Responsibilities
Support HR team members in policy reviews, expatriate workforce administration, and HRIS system enhancements.Assist in cross-functional projects, events, and employee communication initiatives as needed.Prepare, administer, and maintain records of training bond agreements, employment contracts, and document stamping to ensure legal compliance and proper documentation throughout the employee life cycle.Deliver work that meets or exceeds quality expectations, with attention to detail and adherence to timelines.Coordinate & manage all Disciplinary related and Industrial Relations related cases involving SAE Employees.Personal & Interpersonal Skills
