Drive business development efforts to acquire new clients, generate and track leads, secure contracts, and manage sales targets. Consult and promote the adoption of WORQ’s Enterprise Solutions with new clients, while expanding adoption and upselling beyond the initial sale through advisory and planning approaches. Provide consulting and deliver workplace strategy services aligned with clients’ goals, focusing on innovative and integrated workplace solutions. Prepare tender bids and proposals, including scope, process, and compensation, and participate in pitches and presentations. Communicate project updates regularly to management and cross-functional teams, highlighting project status, potential issues, and risks. Develop and coordinate compelling client communications via marketing materials and maintain marketing channels for WORQ’s Enterprise Solutions to help clients visualize benefits and implications. Collaborate with clients, internal teams, and designers to develop creative concepts and space planning that support organizational performance through workplace strategies. Conduct market research and gather intelligence on real estate, workplace strategy, change management, programming, space planning, building appraisal, site selection, and advisory services for commercial development. Organize data and findings for workshops, presentations, and reports to assess impacts on business goals, culture, and workspace performance. Build relationships with potential clients, project partners, and collaborators to identify opportunities and strengthen WORQ’s competitive position. Perform additional tasks as assigned by management. As part of the Enterprise team, you are expected to : Lead and manage project deliverables, including client meetings, site supervision, staffing, time tracking, and budgeting from inception to completion. Assist in sourcing suitable office locations and securing landlord partnerships to expand WORQ’s network. Represent tenants positively and align our value proposition with landlords and clients. Liaise and negotiate leasing terms and tenancy agreements with landlords. Ensure design deliverables meet quality standards and adhere to policies for design, documentation, and project management. Possess a Degree in Real Estate, Business, or equivalent Minimum 3 years of experience in real estate or the flexible office industry. Deep understanding of the office real estate market and commercial leases. Basic experience in deal origination and closing. Consistent attention to detail.
