Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Account Manager, located in Bandar Baru Bangi. The Account Manager will build and maintain relationships with clients, manage client accounts, ensure customer satisfaction, and provide cloud-based solutions tailored to client needs. Responsibilities include developing strategies to expand the client base, addressing technical issues, coordinating with internal teams, and delivering presentations to showcase products and services.

• Strong account management, client relationship, and customer success skills
• Familiarity with cloud solutions and technology-related services
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities
• Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple client accounts
• Problem-solving aptitude and a proactive mindset
• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (preferred)
• Previous experience in cloud services, sales, or account management roles
• Having a cloud certification will be beneficial.
