Duties & Responsibilities
- Plan and implement sales and marketing strategy and activities to meet company targets for retention growth and profitability.
- Prospecting and developing new business from existing clients and / or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas.
- Actively seek new sales opportunities.
- Build and maintain good rapport with customers to promote the company’s products.
- Oversee customer account management, including negotiating contracts and agreements to maximize profit.
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
- Present and conduct products’ demonstrations effectively, generating and sharing new ideas with superiors on products or campaign promotions.
- Prepare sales proposals / quotations and provide prompt responses to customers while ensuring proper tracking of all opportunities.
- Align with the company’s business plan to execute sales goals, objectives, and strategies to achieve target revenue.
Requirements
Candidate must possess a Diploma or Degree in Engineering (Electrical / Electronic / Telecommunication), Physics, or equivalent.This is an OUTDOOR TECHNICAL SALES position. Candidate must possess own car transport and be willing to travel within Malaysia to visit customers and for business events or training purposes.Minimum 3 years of working experience.Good command of English, both verbal and written.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Well-groomed with good business etiquette, communication skills, and ability to interact with all levels of people.Proactive, self-motivated, independent, and result-oriented with a drive to achieve targets set.Interested candidates please submit your curriculum vitae (CV) stating current and expected salary.
