As a strategic Account Manager, you'll be the primary interface for an assigned customer base. In this role, you will be instrumental in driving revenue growth, cultivating deep relationships within our customer base, and showcasing our value-added services are effectively utilized.
Principal Accountabilities

Job Content (Primary & Secondary Functions)
Consistently meet or exceed program and sales objectives set by sales management.Establish and maintain robust relationships at all levels within customer accounts, including purchasing, materials, finance and senior management.Strategize with management to establish detailed customer account plans, including action plans with Inside Sales, to achieve sales targets.Review and manage daily sales opportunities to ensure successful closure.Establish priorities and action plans with Inside Sales to pursue and secure lost business on subsequent quotes.Review market information and work with various contacts to identify and develop both new and emerging accounts.Develop a clear understanding of customer business, including their products, services, and organizational structure.Present RFQs to customers, effectively communicating our quote strengths and positioning for "last look" opportunities in final quote awards.Consistently follow-up on all bidding RFQs.Actively engage in all inbound and outbound transfer business activities.Meet all commitments made and maintain strong relationships with both customers and suppliers.Communicate regularly with Inside Sales to ensure customer profiles and all activity information are consistently updated.Work collaboratively with all relevant OEM sales teams within Future to maximize design efforts, driving greater market penetration in both OEM and EMS customers.Requirements
