Job Description :

• Draft, review, negotiate and advise on contracts / legal documentations for transactions and operational matters of SD Guthrie group of companies, in particular, downstream operation.
• Interpret, analyse, identify, apply and resolve issues arising under the law and regulatory requirements.
• Providing updates on laws / regulatory matters that affect SD Guthrie Berhad group of companies, both local and overseas.
• Responsible for providing guidance and legal advice to internal stakeholders of SD Guthrie Berhad group of companies, both local and overseas, as and when the need arises.
• Liaising and coordinating with external solicitors on all matters involving SD Guthrie Berhad group of companies, both local and overseas, as and when required.
• Build and maintain a good business relationship with all the various internal and external stakeholders to safeguard the interest of SD Guthrie group of companies.
• Coach and motivate legal team to ensure high performance and delivery.
• To perform and carry out any other responsibilities as and when required by the superior on legal matters involving SD Guthrie Berhad group of companies, both local and overseas.
