As the Assistant General Manager (AGM) of Performance & Rewards, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and driving the performance management and rewards strategy across the organization. Your responsibilities will encompass a broad range of activities aimed at enhancing employee performance, engagement, and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities :

Performance Management :
- Lead the development and implementation of performance management systems and processes. Provide advisory services to senior management on performance-related matters.
- Oversee the management of Group-wide Critical Success Factors (CSFs), ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
Facilitate regular reviews and updates of CSFs to ensure they remain relevant and aligned with the organization's evolving priorities.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of performance management initiatives and make recommendations for continuous improvement.2.
Rewards Management :
Design and manage competitive reward programs that attract, retain, and motivate employees.Conduct regular benchmarking and market analysis to ensure the organization's reward offerings remain competitive.Collaborate with HR and other departments to ensure the seamless integration of rewards programs with other HR initiatives.3.
Stakeholder Engagement :
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including senior management, Business Group People teams and employees.Communicate performance and rewards strategies effectively to all levels of the organization. Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders on performance and rewards-related matters.4.
Continuous Improvement :
Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in performance management and rewards. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of performance and rewards programs.Foster a culture of high performance and continuous learning within the organization.Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Total experience in related fields of between 10 – 15 years. Proven experience in performance management and rewards, with a strong track record of success.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
