Purpose of the Role
The Sales Advisor plays a key role in promoting and selling vehicles, ensuring excellent customer service, and contributing to the overall growth of the dealership. The position involves understanding customer needs, demonstrating product features, and guiding clients throughout the sales process.
Job Responsibilities
- Engage with potential customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products / services.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Handle inquiries, provide quotations, and process sales transactions.
- Keep updated with product knowledge, promotions, and market trends.
- Support marketing and promotional activities when required.
Qualifications & Requirements
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply – training will be provided.Candidates with at least 1–2 years of experience in sales or customer-facing roles are an advantage.Excellent communication and negotiation skills.Results‑driven and self‑motivated with a positive attitude.Proficient in MS Office and familiar with CRM systems (preferred).Willing to work on weekends or public holidays (if applicable).Compensation
Commission will be compensated up to RM10,000 or more.
