Requirements :
Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor.
Ability to handle retail transactions and sales, with a focus on upselling products.
Able to speak in English & Mandarin
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail in managing administrative tasks.
Proficiency with basic office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Suite) and familiarity with point-of-sale systems for retail.

Work Environment :
This is an in-studio position with 1 shift :
1pm - 10pm (Monday to Friday)
Responsibility
Handle Inquiries : Respond to all inquiries (via phone, email, social media, and in-person) regarding ballet class details, schedules, pricing, and policies
Handle Inquiries of Dance Classes : Respond promptly to all inquiries about ballet class schedules, pricing, availability, and general studio information (via phone, email, in-person)
Handle Retail Sales : Manage retail sales within the studio (e.g., dancewear, ballet shoes, accessories, and other related products.
Handle Administrative Paperwork : Process class registrations and maintain accurate student records. Handle necessary paperwork, including student waivers, consent forms, and class change requests. Track payments and ensure accurate invoicing and receipts for both class fees and retail sales.
Closing of daily retail sales.
