Sales & business development skills with proven ability to achieve targets.Strong interpersonal and networking skills with farmers, distributors, and plantation owners.Presentation and training skills for product demonstrations and customer education.Good command of spoken and written Mandarin, English and Malay (Hokkien / Tamil is an advantage). We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and CRM / sales reporting tools.Strong organisational and time management skills.Experience
4–5 years of proven sales experience in fertiliser, agrochemicals, or agricultural inputs.Hands-on experience in managing dealer / distributor networks and plantation accounts.Track record of meeting / exceeding sales targets.Familiarity with regional agricultural practices, crop cycles, and farmer engagement.Responsibilities
Develop, execute, and monitor sales plans to achieve assigned revenue and volume targets.Manage and expand customer base including dealers, distributors, plantations, and cooperatives.Conduct regular customer and field visits to build rapport, provide technical support, and ensure customer satisfaction.Deliver product knowledge, fertiliser application techniques, and crop solutions to customers.Gather market intelligence on competitor activities, pricing, and customer preferences.Coordinate with agronomy, logistics, and marketing teams to ensure product availability and promotions.Submit timely sales reports, forecasts, and customer updates to management.Authority
