Primary Objective
As the Sales Manager at Fairview International School, you will lead the sales function to expand our student base while ensuring that all sales activities align with our mission of delivering a top-tier International Baccalaureate (IB) education. This role involves proactive customer engagement, strategic sales planning, and collaboration with both marketing and admissions teams to drive enrollment growth and student success.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the Sales Strategy : Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to increase student enrollments in line with Fairview’s vision and mission. Drive the execution of sales initiatives that attract both local and international students.Customer Relationship Management : Build and nurture strong relationships with prospective families, guiding them through the entire enrollment process and ensuring a positive, seamless experience. Regularly engage with both local and international communities to enhance awareness and generate interest in Fairview’s offerings.Collaboration with Marketing : Partner with the marketing team to ensure alignment between sales and marketing efforts, optimizing campaigns to drive lead generation. Provide insights and feedback on lead quality to refine and improve outreach efforts. Implement proactive strategies to convert inquiries into confirmed enrollments through personalized follow-ups, school tours, and effective communication of success stories. Develop and track referral programs and word-of-mouth marketing efforts to enhance enrollment rates. Lead, mentor, and develop the sales team to achieve their individual and collective sales targets. Foster a culture of high performance, goal-setting, and accountability within the sales team.Market Research and Analysis : Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to keep Fairview at the forefront of educational offerings. Utilize market data to refine sales strategies, ensuring competitiveness and innovation.Skills and Qualifications
Proven track record in sales, ideally within the education sector or a related field.Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships.Experience in leading and mentoring a sales team.Strategic thinker with excellent organizational and planning skills.Knowledge of the International Baccalaureate (IB) curriculum is preferred but not essential.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Strong analytical skills to track and assess sales performance.Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.Fluent in English and Mandarin (additional languages are a plus).How to Apply
