Regional Sales - Client Care Executive

Responsibilities

Handle and respond to customer's enquiry & customers complaints in a timely and professional manner.

Process sales orders passed on by the Sales team.

Liaise with customer on order / payment status.

Liaise with the respective internal department in expediting the sales orders (Graphic / Logistic / Warehouse / Production / Finance).

Liaise with Finance department for update customer payment.

Follow up with payment from customer as per the approved payment terms.

Monitor customers' credit terms, credit limit and collection of outstanding payments due or overdue.

Assist sales person on annual customer survey.

Ensure orders are shipped out on time and update shipment status to customer and Salesperson.

Assist Sales team (preparing sample) for exhibition or overseas customer visits trip.

Be involved in Company's continuous improvement projects.

Assist Managers / Department on ad hoc tasks.

Undertake special or ad-hoc tasks / assignments / project as and when required by Management from time to time.

Qualifications

At least Diploma and / or Degree or related qualification in related field.

Minimum 3 years working experience in sales support / relevant field.

Experience in handling International Sales, Export documentation, Export process.

Proficient in Microsoft Office such as Excel, Word & Power Point.

Fast learner, pro-active, self-driven and self-motivated.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Detailed, organized and good time management.

Fluent in English (both written and oral).

Knowledge in NAV System would be an advantage.

Able to work independent under minimal supervisor.
