Responsibilities
- Visit potential and existing customers to promote products or services.
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
- Identify new sales opportunities through networking and market research.
- Conduct product demonstrations and explain features, benefits, and pricing.
- Negotiate terms of sales agreements, quotations, and contracts.
- Follow up on leads and close sales deals effectively.
- Provide feedback to management on market developments and customer demands.
- Prepare daily or weekly sales visit reports.
- Maintain records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pending deals.
- Achieve or exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
- Coordinate with internal departments (logistics, customer service, finance) to ensure smooth delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Handle customer complaints and ensure issues are resolved promptly.
- Attend sales meetings, product training, and marketing events as required.
- Any other work deemed important by the manager.
Expectations : Handling existing accounts to get started but main motive is to find new business.
Region : Kuala Lumpur and Selangor
Requirements
Sales experience : minimum 2 years (towards heavy engineering, oil and gas, automotive, aerospace).Background : preferred technical background (either studies or work) and basic knowledge of castor wheels.Experience in B2B, outdoor meeting clients.Seniority level
