HR Support :
- Assist in recruitment activities including posting job ads, screening, scheduling interviews, and preparing onboarding materials.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
- Assist in tracking staff attendance and leave records.
- Support performance review processes and employee engagement initiatives.
- Plan and schedule company social media posts (e.g., LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram) in line with branding and HR activities.
- Ensure confidentiality and effective communication between departments.
Administrative Support :
Organize and maintain office files, records, and supplies.Monitor and manage pantry supplies, stationery, and office inventory.Maintain vendor relationships and liaise with service providers for office needs.Coordinate travel arrangements, meeting schedules, and appointments.Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and training sessions.Provide overall administrative and coordination support to the HR Manager and CEORequirements :
Pursuing studies in Business Administration, Human Resources, or equivalent.Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.Good interpersonal and communication skills.Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.High level of discretion and professionalism.Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Job Type : Internship
