Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HRSSC Analyst to assist the Senior HRSSC Specialist in managing and executing day-to-day HR operations. The ideal candidate will support various HR functions, ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations, and contribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes within the shared services team. Key Responsibilities
HR Operations Support :
Assist in processing employee lifecycle transactions (onboarding, offboarding, transfers, assignments, employment passes, employment certification letters, HR queries, benefits and payroll operations) efficiently with high service standard and quality, within service level agreements (SLAs). Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure smooth transitions for new hires and departing employees including interns. Manage employee data entry and updates within HR systems, ensuring data accuracy and compliance. Support the administration of payroll, benefits, and leave management, working closely with the Senior HRSSC Specialist and the payroll and benefits team to ensure smooth processing.
Service Delivery & Employee Support :
Respond to employee queries related to HR policies, payroll, and benefits via ticketing systems or email, ensuring efficient and professional service. Escalate more complex issues to the Senior HRSSC Specialist as needed. Maintain HR records and documents, ensuring they are up-to-date, organized, and compliant with internal controls and legal requirements. Provide user support for employees accessing HR systems and self-service platforms.
Process Improvement & Automation :
Collaborate with the Senior HRSSC Specialist to identify and implement process improvements and automation initiatives to increase efficiency and reduce manual work.
Compliance & Reporting :
Ensure adherence to all internal policies, procedures, and legal requirements related to HR operations, such as data privacy and labor laws. Assist in preparing HR reports and analytics as required by management or stakeholders to support HR decision making. Work closely with HR Service Delivery Specialist and relevant stakeholders to provide work visa administrative support by assisting in preparing and submitting documents required for work visa applications, including personal information, employment contracts, and supporting documents where necessary.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field Minimum of 2-3 years of working experience as HR Generalist with strong passion for HR Operations Candidates with start-up experience are highly preferred as this role requires adaptability, good problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in fast-paced & dynamic environments Well versed in Employment Act 1955 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-service mindset Reliable team player, energetic and able to work under pressure Proficiency in both English and Chinese (written and spoken) is an added advantage Job Details
