Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an International Sales Specialist located in Puchong. The International Sales Specialist will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, developing and implementing sales strategies, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Daily tasks include coordinating with international clients, preparing sales reports, conducting market research, and attending trade shows. The role requires traveling to meet clients and partners and liaising with the manufacturing team to ensure product quality and delivery schedules.

Qualifications

• Sales, Client Relationship Management, and Business Development skills
• Market Research and Analysis skills
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
• Ability to travel internationally as required
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• Previous experience in the automotive or leather upholstery industry is an advantage
• Fluency in multiple languages is a plus
