Job Brief
We are seeking an Inside Sales Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth by establishing and nurturing client relationship, identifying potential opportunities, and promoting our cybersecurity and infrastructure monitoring solutions. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about technology, possess excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa, and strong customer-oriented approach.
Job Responsibilities
- Conduct target vertical customer research, identify potential client contact and create activities for client interest.
- Proactively reach out to prospective clients through outbound calls and emails to introduce our offerings in cybersecurity and infrastructure monitoring solutions.
- Arrange effective meetings to clients.
- Understand client needs to effectively recommend solutions from our diverse product portfolio.
- Collaborate closely with the technical team to understand client requirements, and ensure solution proposal meeting client requirements / expectations.
- Regularly follow-up with potential clients, nurturing them through the sales pipeline conversion.
- Track and manage sales activities, maintain customer information and update interactions.
- Meet the monthly target and KPI assigned by reporting manager.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or related field.1-2 years of experience in sales or customer-facing roles, preferably in Information Technology solutions.Strong understanding of Information Technology is an advantage.Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.Proficiency in English and Bahasa with excellent verbal and written communication skills.Ability to understand and convey technical information effectively.Self-motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable with outreach via phone and online platforms.Highly organized in managing your sales pipeline, scheduling appointments, preparing for meetings, and prompt follow-ups to meet KPI.Adaptive to work in a start-up environment and thrive in a fast-paced culture.Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status.Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.Benefits
