Prepare a full set of export shipment documents (SO, DN, invoice, packing list, BL, COO, insurance, etc.).Coordinate with internal departments, shipping lines, forwarders, and customers to ensure timely and accurate shipment arrangements.Support sales team in daily administrative tasks, order processing, and customer follow-ups.Maintain accurate filing and documentation for export records.Assist in ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the Sales Department.Requirements :
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma / Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, International Trade, or related fields.
- At least 1 year of working experience in export documentation or logistics is an advantage (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
- Proficiency in English and Chinese (spoken and written) is required to liaise with international customers and China HQ.
- Good communication, organizational, and time management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
