Costing Executive

About the role

This is a full-time Costing Executive position with the Public Packages Group of Companies based in Nibong Tebal, Penang. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for managing the company's costing processes and ensuring accurate product pricing across the organisation.

What you'll be doing

• Do costing & quotation for Inter Co.
• Ensure quotation / costing approved by Executive Director.
• Upon approved, the quotation / pricing will send to PIC via Email.
• Analyze changes in product design, materials, manufacturing methods to determine
• effects on cost.
• Analyze actual manufacturing & material cost and prepare periodic report comparing standard cost to actual production cost.
• Monitor Daily Sales in Report & Sales Out by DO List Daily.
• Analyze Sales Performance for each customer monthly.
• Monthly calculate and compile volume records for product group under FSC Chain of custody requirements, whereby ensuring material balances between quantities produced with the quantities of purchased.
• Annually compile and summaries material balances between inputs received (purchased quantity), inputs used fir production (WIP), input still in stock (raw material), output still in stock (unsold FG) and output sold (sales) for FSC
