Key Responsibilities

Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons at the high school level.

Assessing student progress and providing individualised feedback to support their academic growth.

Integrate character and values education into daily teaching.

Foster an inclusive and supportive classroom environment.

Collaborate with colleagues to deliver cohesive, values-aligned learning experiences.

Maintaining accurate records and documentation related to student performance and attendance.

Actively participating in extracurricular activities and school events to foster a well-rounded learning environment

Staying up-to-date with the latest educational trends and methodologies to continuously improve your teaching practice.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Education or a related field (Master’s preferred).

A valid teaching certification or license, demonstrating your commitment to the teaching profession.

Minimum 3 years of teaching experience at the high school level.

Experience in a values-based or international school setting preferred.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and inspire students.

Proficiency in classroom management techniques and strategies to maintain a positive and productive learning environment.

Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.

Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 and educational technology tools.

A genuine passion for education and a dedication to helping students reach their full potential.

Respectful understanding of the school’s faith-based ethos and a commitment to holistic education.
