We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to oversee relationships with our most valued clients. You will be responsible for acquiring and retaining long-term strategic customers by understanding their unique needs and requirements.
The successful candidate will excel at building strong partnerships with key accounts. You will identify client needs and requirements to promote our solutions and achieve mutual success. The objective is to contribute to sustaining and expanding our business for long-term growth.

The Day-To-Day Activities
Create and implement strategic and tactical plans to ensure KPIs and objectives are met;
Strengthen market position by identifying and securing business opportunities with current and prospective customers;
Design and execute retention strategies to reduce churn rates across your account portfolio;
Analyze and evaluate data for potential business opportunities by assessing market strategies, examining risks and financial viability for informed decision making;
Safeguard organizational value by maintaining confidentiality of company information and tender details;
Deliver exceptional service to client stakeholders to ensure optimal customer satisfaction;
Support collection teams with customer aging matters;
Maintain diligent CRM pipeline updates – consistently adding new opportunities weekly and advancing the sales process from initial contact through to closure;
Create comprehensive account strategies for all assigned clients;
Facilitate communication and collaboration between internal cross-functional teams and customers;
Drive every opportunity to successful completion through strategic planning;
Monitor all post-sales activities ensuring timely delivery;
Collaborate closely with Solution Managers to identify new solutions for assigned customers to drive sustainable account growth.
About You
Degree in Accounting / Finance / Engineering / Computer Sciences / Telecommunications / IT or Business Management
Minimum 3 years of account management experience Telecommunications background, particularly in commercial management and account management, is highly advantageous
Strategic thinking with strong analytical capabilities
Ability to communicate ideas in a logical, clear and persuasive manner
Creative problem-solving skills with financial acumen
Detail-oriented and thorough approach
Excellent communication skills with strong influencing abilities
Outgoing personality with the ability to engage and build business relationships with senior executives
