Your key responsibilities Responsible for invoicing and billings, debit and credit notes, maintaining accurate records of post receivables entries, cash applications and remittances. Perform accurate accounting duties related to the efficient processing of AP transactions against the ABS KPIs for the market. The role involves the daily use of SAP and other finance systems used to process invoices and expenses. Provide high level of customer service to both our internal and external stakeholders. First point of contact for any invoice queries Skills and attributes for success Strong organizational skills Drive to excel professionally, and to guide and motivate others Good written and verbal communication skills Dedicated, innovative, resourceful, team player and able to work under pressure Foster an efficient, innovative, and team-oriented work environment To qualify for the role, you must have Flexible to undertake assignments at client’s premise, and open to contractual employment arrangement The role would be supporting China market hence local language proficiency would be an added advantage Ideally, you’ll also have Experience on Credit Management, IT / Microsoft Excel and SAP Knowledge of relevant finance systems tools What we look for 1-2 years accounts receivable experience and accounts payable Fresh graduates with Degree in Finance, Accounting or equivalent What we offer EY offers a competitive remuneration package commensurate with your work experience, where you’ll be rewarded for your individual and team performance.
