What You'll Be Doing
Payroll Management :
- You'll work with the Payroll team and HR Manager to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing via KaizenHR. This includes auditing data, resolving employee inquiries, and maintaining meticulous payroll records.
HR Employee Services :
You'll be the first point of contact for employees' questions regarding HR policies and benefits. You'll handle concerns professionally, maintain confidential employee records, and provide timely, clear resolutions.Employee Benefits Administration :
You'll manage a variety of employee benefits programs, from enrollment to inquiries. You'll also analyze benefits utilization, provide data-driven recommendations for improvements, and work directly with benefit providers.Employee Engagement :
You'll help design and execute employee engagement initiatives, events, and surveys. You'll gather feedback and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve the overall employee experience.Support for HR Activities & Other Assignments :
You'll support additional HR and administrative functions, assist the HR Manager with ad-hoc projects, and collaborate with other departments as needed.What We're Looking For
Education : A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Experience : Previous HR or payroll experience (internship or entry-level) is preferred, but fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply.Languages : Fluency in Bahasa Malaysia, English, and Mandarin to effectively communicate with our diverse client base and stakeholders.Skills :
Tech-Savvy : Proficiency with HR software (familiarity with KaizenHR is a plus) and a willingness to learn tools like Notion and Google Suite.
