To plan and execute weekly, monthly, and yearly preventive maintenanceschedule for sub-ordinates for all equipment under his supervision.4. Liaising with vendors during sourcing or purchasing of spare parts forequipment in the plant.5. Dealing and supervising contractors when a project is carried out in theplant.6. Supervising sub-ordinates carrying out their daily work.7. Maintain and update spare parts inventory regularly to avoid longdowntime in case of machine breakdown and needs replacement.8. To conduct in house training for all sub-ordinate from time to time toenhance their technical skills as well as motivating them to excel better.9. To assist superior in planning and design of new equipment setup, project,or job requisition.10.To ensure all sub-ordinates follow strict guidelines of the company indiscipline, ISO, Q4M, 5S, Kaizen, ICC etc.11. To do any task assigned by superiorInokom is involved in the assembly and manufacturing of light commercial vehicles as well as contract assembly. Its manufacturing facility is located in Padang Meha, Kulim, occupying 200 acres of freehold land.
