The ideal candidate will possess extensive financial management experience, particularly in project-based environments, and a deep understanding of construction accounting practices. Responsibilities

Oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting specific to construction projects. Develop and implement financial strategies to enhance profitability and support organizational growth. Ensure accurate WIP (Work-in-Progress) accounting and effective cost control measures are in place. Provide leadership and direction to the finance team, fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and industry standards. Analyze financial performance and prepare comprehensive reports for senior management and stakeholders. Manage cash flow, investment strategies, and risk assessments related to construction projects. Collaborate with project managers and other departments to optimize financial performance and project outcomes. Lead financial audits and act as the primary liaison with external auditors. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting; CPA, CA, or ACCA qualified. Minimum of 8-10 years of financial management experience, preferably in the construction or project-based industries. Strong understanding of construction industry accounting practices, including WIP accounting and cost control. Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
